If an appointment is cancelled within less than 48 hours notice the deposit charge of said appointment will still be taken.
If there is a no show to a pre booked appointment with no contact regarding the appointment confirmed ; remaining balance of said appointment will be taken.
Terms & Conditions – Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit reserves a specific appointment time exclusively for you, meaning this time cannot be offered to another client once booked.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
● Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours or more notice will not incur an additional cancellation charge.
● Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to the full cost of the appointment being charged.
● No-shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
● If the full appointment fee is not paid following a late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to decline future bookings until the outstanding balance has been settled.
